So, do you want to hang out?
So (had to use it), the geniuses at Brains on Fire have this little video clip today. Brilliant! I am a huge fan Brains on Fire and their ability to communicate on so many levels.

That is brilliant! And terribly on point – so, what do we do about it?
Well, I think the “soulution” word in the clip is a good start.
Authenticity is another.
A minimalist approach to delivering only pertinent and relevant information to the right people, is another.
I think every business is different in how they will use this kind of insight and how they will use it in their marketing strategy.
